Matt founded Swole Meals from a simple belief that somehow got lost along the way. food should be made properly. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, real cooking, and no cutting corners — the kind of quality people used to expect without having to ask for it.

We started Swole Meals because we couldn’t find meals that matched the standards we grew up with: meals that were fresh, hearty, full of flavour, and built with care. Everywhere we looked, portions were shrinking, protein was light, and quality wasn’t where it should be. So, with the support of his wife Jade, Matt created their own and that became Swole.

Every meal that leaves our kitchen is cooked the way it should be:
